During Term 3 we are looking at immigration and multiculturalism. Australia is certainly a unique and amazing country! Its people, landscape, fauna and flora are varied and so interesting. When migrants first came to Australia, different types of support needed to be in place. Australia needed new migrants to populate the country and build a more prosperous nation. English lessons were available everywhere, including through correspondence and radio courses.
